The "Gender and Diversity" Paper Development Workshop is a pre-Colloquium activity that aims to help scholars develop their papers in close interaction with leading researchers in the field. The focus is on small group interaction and pragmatic issues related to publishing. Accepted papers will be briefly presented and thoroughly discussed in Round Tables sessions with leading scholars in the field.

All participants are expected to have read the papers of their fellow session presenters and be ready to contribute to their discussion.

The day ends with an overview of gender and diversity research and its current topics and challenges.
