GROUND RULES: Each session will have a chair discussion leader who will make short comments at the beginning of each session (no more than 5 mins.) and seed discussion. Each presenter should take no more than 15 minutes and use no more than 5 overhead slides to seed group discussion with provocative ideas and findings. We will allow approximately 10 minutes for discussion after each presentation and expect authors assigned to each session to formulate questions for other authors in your session. This format should allow more time for cumulative discussions at the end of each session. While most of you will not be formally charged with discussant duties, we still encourage you to read all of the papers and come with energy to engage in dialogue and help to develop knowledge from the theory and empirical findings of the papers. We are holding parallel sessions because our aim to be inclusive and developmental. We look forward to your collaboration and participation!
