Call for Papers

In this open sub-theme, we will put to practice the theme of this year’s Colloquium. True to the title “Inclusive Organizing Starts with Open Theorizing”, we welcome researchers with different interests and from different traditions. Yet, we will explore the interconnections between the different papers and in this way work to broaden our horizon. Specifically, we will discuss research and theories on the topics of leadership, innovation, learning, happiness at work, healthcare, authenticity, actor-network-theory, and higher education. Discussing these diverse topics, we will explore the light and the dark sides of efforts to organize inclusively.
