The EGOS Local Hub Belfast organized by the Organisation, Work and Leadership (OWL) Department at Queen’s Business School, convenes a dynamic community of scholars working at the forefront of organisation
theory, work and employment, HRM, sustainability, wellbeing and socio-technical transformation. Our hub will contribute to,
and help shape, wider European conversations on how more-than-human relations inform organizational practices, particularly
in relation to performative inclusion and sustainability. The main Colloquium’s emphasis on inclusion and sustainability aligns
closely with our longstanding commitment to fostering inclusive dialogue and collaborative practice across the Island of Ireland.
The city's accessibility by train, bus and ferry from across the island of Ireland and the rest of the UK provides lower-carbon
travel options for attendees, enhancing the hub’s inclusive ethos and its contribution to a more sustainable conference experience.
