The EGOS Colloquium 2024 local organizers in Milan offer 23 hybrid sub-themes (see list below), which will enable attendees to participate either in person or virtually.
The goal is to provide virtual attendees with the opportunity to get a good experience of their corresponding sub-theme, and
to also participate in other elements of the Colloquium program including the Opening Ceremony, selected sub-plenaries, and
virtual social events.
This hybrid initiative is directed towards the EGOS Sustainability & Inclusivity principles.
Please note!
- Virtual participation will only be possible for the 23 hybrid sub-themes listed below!
-
For the initial submission of your short paper, you will be asked to provide information about your preferred mode of participation and that of your co-author(s), should your short paper be accepted.
-
Please make sure to coordinate with your co-authors their modes of participation in advance of the short paper submission.
The options for mode of participation are:
– In person only
– Virtual/online only
– Open to either in person or online participation (to be assigned by sub-theme convenors)
– Will not attend (another co-author will present)
