Colloquium Registration
Please note that you must be registered as an EGOS member for 2009 before you can register for the Colloquium.
If you are not yet an EGOS member and you want to attend the Colloquium, please pay your membership fee by going to "Pay your EGOS Membership fee" in your MyEGOS area.
Once you have you paid your EGOS membership fee for 2009, please come back to this page and proceed with registration for the Colloquium.

Your EGOS member ID and password will be required to access to the registration form.
Register and pay through Internet with an officially secured system SSL and receive your confirmation letter online.
Please bring this letter to the registration desk as proof of your registration.

* i.e. EGOS membership fee for 2009 has to be already paid to EGOS Secretariat prior to registering for the Colloquium.
Conference dinner at Maremagnum (Friday, July 3): € 60
The dinner is not included in the registration fee.
Tickets will only be sold in advance (by June 15 at the latest), so it will not be possible to buy them on-site. Due to the limited capacity of the venue, the number of tickets available is limited, and they will be provided on first-come first-served basis.
Registration forms will only be processed when received before June 15, 2009. After this date registration forms will be processed as on-site registrations.
Please note that the reduced fee only applies if both the registration form and payment have been received on or before May 15, 2009.
Refund of registration fees – minus 100 Euros administrative charge – will be granted for cancellations received before May 15, 2009. No refunds will be made after this date.

The Colloquium registration fee includes:
- Access to colloquium sessions (sub-theme, sub-plenary, plenary) on Thursday, July 2; Friday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4, 2009
- Opening celebration on Thursday, July 2 at Palau de la Musica Catalana (estimated 18:30-20:30)
- Coffee during breaks and lunches on Thursday, July 2; Friday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4, 2009
- Personal badge, certificate of attendance and program

Pre-Colloquium Workshops
The pre-colloquium workshops will be held in ESADE #3 from Monday 29 June to Wednesday 1 July 2009. The hospitality desk will be located in the ground floor (level 0) of ESADE #3.
